The little shard – extending a small home.
Ground and first floor extensions to the rear, internal remodelling at all levels, and a loft conversion.
The proposals are to provide an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge at ground level, animated by the dynamic geometry of the rooflight.
Two additional bedrooms are to be provided on the upper floors, transforming this small 2 bedroom semi-detached dwelling into something much more spectacular.
The project will be submitted to planning in due course.
