Growing pains.
Three storey office extension and internal remodelling.
After a period of steady growth, the electrical engineering specialists Level Electrical were looking to extend their base to accommodate their growing numbers. We took the opportunity to create a new entrance at the the building’s new heart – where old meets new – adding also a three storey atrium to promote connectivity across the levels and departments.
In addition to more workstations in a light and airy space, a break-out area, canteen, gym, toilets, showers and a server room were needed.
Set in a conservation area, the design was to be respectful of the existing Victorian house, whilst providing a contemporary twist.
Numbers are still being crunched…
